I wish to object to this as cruft.  The linuxdoc DTD itself is
orphaned (this is perhaps a debatable point).  PSGML provide
DTD-independant SGML editing.

If you really want this lets just merge it with sgml-tools (v1) rather
than have another package.

My objection is a light one, not a very strong one...
