Just for the sake of this coming full circle and not leaving wichert out
to make this statement all on his own, I want to say I fully agree. If
Debian-JP wants to fork all the packages, then it needs it's own dist
(at this rate they will have just that, but in the mean time use Debian's
resources to make their work easier, and harder for the rest of us).

Let's have some cooperation. The Debian-JP needs to get off their proverbial
high horse and start working with current maintainers instead of making
having a complex and doing things on their own. This ITP-a-jp-a-day non-sense
needs to stop.
