Is something wrong in potato now ?

Hello all,

for these few days, my dselect shows like;

    ------- Obsolete/local Standard packages in section libs -------

 *** Std libs     liblockfile0 0.1-6       <none>

 *** Opt libs     libjpegg6a   6a-12       <none>

    ------- Obsolete/local Optional packages in section text -------

 *** Opt text     rgrep        0.98.7-14   <none>

that is, liblockfile0 etc. is no more available !!!

But emacs20 depends on liblockfile0 !
What happend in potato ??? 
Is this only temporary state in unstable section ?
