I meant parser in the sense that sash already has a parser -- ie, sash
source's the file when it starts, no more, no less.  This functionality
is almost in sash already, as it already has a source command.  (Note:
there are some subtleties in implementing this, which I don't really have
time to go into right now, but if anyone is about to right the code then
you might want to email me first to get my ideas.)
