Non-US dinstall ignores existing .orig.tar.gz

        If you look at pandora's Incoming/REJECT/pgp5i*reason
        or ssh2*reason, you'll see that it complains that
        the .orig.tar.gz is not found for these packages.
        The .orig.tar.gz is, however, firmly installed as
        part of the archive. Maybe dinstall didn't survive
        the non-us split to main, contrib and non-free?
