Intend to remove: hsc

Hi!

I intend to remove hsc (an HTML pre-processor like wml) from potato
because

- it is no longer maintained upstream (for over a year now)
- there are similar programs that are better IMHO, e.g. wml (the Website
Meta Language - hsc was developed before wml came out and was IMHO
better in the early days of wml) with new ones appearing almost every
  week (see freshmeat)
- I don't use hsc any longer (I've converted all my web pages to wml)
- It was developed on an Amiga and directly ported to Unix, so the command
line syntax looks a bit strange to Unix users

There are no bug reports against hsc but the package is quite outdated
(Standards-Version: 2.4.0.0, debstd). I don't want to orphan the package
as even the upstream author doesn't recommend using hsc any longer.

If there are no objections, I will soon file a bug report against
ftp.debian.org asking our ftp maintainers to remove it.
