 Description: Chinese input and display tools in X window system
  Chinput consists of two parts:

  1. Chinese Input Server - a chinese input scheme on X Window
     system which is based on CXterm, This software also provides
     a user API.
  2. A "wrapping" library - this library enables the display of
     Chinese in most X window applications that are originally
     not designed to be used in Chinese.
