Hi everyone, 

Here's a real explanation for the problem.

FWIW I just checked /Bugs/db/ix/zstamp.html on all mirrors: master
and chiark were updated at 8:39, va at 4:39, and nl and de at 0:39.
All times GMT.

Actually, James Troupe fixed and updated the pages on Master this
afternoon.  It was a message that had control codes in it that the BTS also
uses as section division... messing up the BTS.
