Package to give away: swig

I'd like to give away the swig package. I don't really use it
big-scale, therefore somebody else might have more interest.

SWIG (www.swig.org) is the Simple Wrapper and Interface
Generator. It's used to connects programs written in C, C++, and
Objective-C with a variety of high-level programming languages such as
Tcl, Perl, Python or Guile.

There are a few open bugs to swig, most of them should be easy to
fix. If nobody would take this package, I'll try to fix the
outstanding bugs and orphan the package.
