This is unreproducible, and will be irrelevant once 8.2.1 packages are
uploaded (mid-late July is the current ETA, they will move bind to non-free).
In other words, no panic is required.

This has been fixed by an NMU, and will be irrelevant anyway once INN 2.X
packages are uploaded (mid-late July is current ETA).
