Nope, I am using pgp5, from pgp5i 5.0-3. The symptom is that
instead of invoking "/usr/bin/pgpv +args...."
mutt tries to invoke "v +args..." as though the string template
"%sv +args..." was completed with an empty string.
This is with mutt 0.95.6-2.
