ITP: EasyGTK

Hi there, 

I am working of a package of EasyGTK, because I think we should support
development using GTK as good as possible. 

Here's the description:

EasyGTK is a wrapper library to make GTK programming easier, and quicker.
A typical 30 line function in GTK can easily be reduced to 5 lines in
EasyGTK. EasyGTK can easily be learned in a few hours, compared with days
or weeks for GTK.
