It's cool except only one poit for Japanese :-)
It fails to display Japanese characters in menu entry.
I am a beginner of WindowMaker and not know its customization
well so it may be not correct but the following patch works
fine for me.
Of course you need Japanese font like xfonts-cjk.

I do not know whether Themes/DebianJP should be renamed Themes/Debian
or it is sufficient to select the DebianJP theme from the WorkSpace ->
Appearance -> Themes menu.
I wish some Japanese member who knows much about WindowMaker
will comment on this if I am wrong.
