Intent to package: sdic, sdic-gene95, sdic-edict

Sdic is an GPLed emacs program to view English-Japanese
dictionaries and Japanese-English dictionaries.

Sdic goes in main while sdic-gene95 and sdic-edict go in
contrib since they are installers for non-free dictionaries.

If there are no objections, I will upload it to master in a
few days.
