Retraction of Intend to Package: root framework

Dear wnpp maintainers, Dear fellow developers,
when I recently had a look at the wnpp list, I saw that I once intended to
package the root framework ( http://root.cern.ch/ ).
Unfortunatly I am currently working on my diploma (on my master) and as
some of you might have noticed, I am even not paying the needed attention
to my existing packages (kbackup e.g.).
In addition, the license accompanying the root framework prohibits
distribution of patches without the permission of the authors.
Because of this I want to retract my Intent to package.
But I would like to point out, that root extensively uses a C/C++
interpreter with licensing terms, which are more free (cint).
Maybe some of you would like to have cint packaged and have enough time to
split it from the root.
