Intent to package oskit
The University of Utah's OS Toolkit is designed to lower the barriers
to operating system reseach and development. It provides a large set
of device drivers (taken from Linux and FreeBSD), as well as a number
of libraries useful for kernel implementors.
Using the oskit, it is possible to port POSIX programs to ``bare
iron'', and bootstrap them using GRUB.

Most of oskit is GPLed. The parts that aren't are under the BSD
license.
