Intent to package: scansort

Hi

If no-one objects, I'll package ScanSort, an image collection verifyer and
sorter. For more info see http://www.geocities.com/SouthBeach/Pier/3193/
(currently only a Win32 binary is available).

Once version 1.8 (the first GPLd version) is publicly available I'll upload
the package (I'm currently assisting with the port from Win32 to UNIX).
