Please see the -devel thread about Debian's current log rotation and the
complete lack of configurability (not to mention the daily cron messages
I get because exim's reject log doesn't exist since there's never
anything to reject) with the current system.  It was suggested that
someone package the thing and propose to -policy we use it.  Well, I've
packaged it and after a shakedown I'll propose it if someone else
doesn't.
