Intent to package: hatman

Heya,

I intend to package HatMan, a Pacman derivative. I won't point you
to the web site, it is outdated. If you dont want to wait for my
.deb, go to ftp://croftj.net/usr/hatsoft/hatman/ and get the
newest (0.5.0.1 ATM) version. It requires freetype, and either
svgalib or GGI (it'll be GGI only if someone doesn't convince to
build the other one, too). Licence is GPL.

BTW did I say already that I uploaded pas2html? I must have
forgotten, sorry.
