libc6-dev missing stuff (glibc2.1)

I have found that there are a lot of header files missing (or just moved to a 
sub directory) with the new libc6-dev package.  I'm finding it hard to compile
certain programs (and sometimes impossible) since they depend on these...

bytesex.h
selectbits.h
stdio_lim.h (now in /usr/include/bits)
types.h (supposed to be in /usr/include/gnu)

uhh..so far that's it...I'm stupid when it comes to this...is there a
reson why they are either missing or have been moved?
