Translation Efforts

Being, originally, a user of RedHat, I was very surprised when the new
version of Debian installed flawlessly on a laptop that I have (RH 5.2, 5.1
and 5.0 all locked up at random points during the installation and all while
trying to read the floppy drive).

I have to say, contrary to what PC Magazine has to say about it, Debian has
gone to the top of my list... 2 of my other computers now run it. Only my
main gateway still runs RH 5.2, and just because I haven't had the time to
deal with it.

Anyway, considering that Debian is pretty much a volunteer effort, I thought
I would inquire about whether the project is in need of translation help. I
can donate my efforts, if needed, to translate any materials into
Portuguese. I speak the language fluently (though lacking somewhat in the
technical terminologies, but I can pick it up) and lived in Brasil for a few
years. If the project needs this type of service, I would love to help.
