Intenet to package: ruby interpreter

	  I can't remember if someone already claimed this.
But I want it if it has not been claimed.  Its not in potato.
But maybe there is already a debian package in Japan ?...

Ruby is the interpreted scripting language for quick and
easy object-oriented programming.  It has many features to
process text files and to do system management tasks (as in
Perl).  It is simple, straight-forward, and extensible.
