please test new wmaker 0.20.3-5

You reported a problem with wmaker's handling of alternatives (I'm sending
this to six different persons).  There's a new version of wmaker in:

	http://master.debian.org/~mmagallo/wmaker/

I think this release finally solves the alternatives problem. If everything
goes ok, I should move this to Incoming next Sunday.
