Intent to package: vcg

Hi,

last year, some people did a "graphing the debian keyring". 
David Frey gave a hint about a free software to do that. 
Apparently, it is not packaged for debian. It produces 
postscript or X11 output.

The copyright is GPL with some uglified files (the graph layout 
modules)---they are no longer human readable. This should be 
acceptable to go in main.

I intend to make a vcg and a vcg-doc package. In the doc package 
will be a demo (also compiled binaries) and the postscript 
documentation (1.8M uncompressed).

I'll include (in vcg) my short perl script which produces vcg 
input out of pgp output.
