Libguile3 package

Now that this has been replaced by libguile4, can we dispense with it?
This will mean recompiling certain packages for libguile4.  Is this ok
with the maintainers of those packages?  The argument against leaving
libguile3 is that it is more or less unsupported and outdated, and not
produced by any source package (guile-core now spits out libguile4).

Shall I file a bug against ftp.debian.org ?
