I support having "master" installation program read all CDs at the
very beginning. In this way, third party such as commercial vendors
can add their own "extra" CDs to the official list without disrupting
the official Debian distribution. In case people only need to
install the core (e.g. without contrib, non-free) Debian, they can simply
answer "N" to the question "Do you have any other CDs?" We can have fill
in the first CD with "recommanded" packages for novice users. Advanced
users know why they want and inserting one more CD should not irritate
them too much.

For example, we can make an Extreme Linux CD to include those not in
official Debian distribution because of licensing or other reason. This
can be an add-on.

Just my $0.02.
