This is difficult:  You can't compile a program against Harmony then use
it with Qt.  So somebody has to explicitly combine the GPLed work with Qt.

There's also the issue of getting the code to work -- Harmony isn't
anything like bug for bug compatible with Qt.

And, to top this all off, Harmony isn't mature enough at the moment to
be all that useful in developing applications.
