They wouldn't be prosecuted. A criminal conviction requires proof of
intent, and the router owners could easily show that they knew nothing
James' activities. Besides, such a prosecution would do nothing to advance
the cause of crypto suppression. The crypto kooks are not really the fools
they often seem.
