Growing pains... I'll attribute it to growing pains.  I've already noticed a
misunderstanding.  The boxes above are the represent a RANKING and the [#] is
to show you that you put a number into each box (1, 2, and/or 3).  DONOT put a
# mark in the choice you prefer.  It's not multiple-guess.  Mark your first
preference as "1", your second preference (if you have one) as "2" and if you
have a third mark it "3".
