Re: Upstream maintainer adding debian/rules

	I think this is a great idea.  If you don't want to go through the
developer process now (or ever), that's fine.  Even if someone wants to
package it for debian later, having the debian dir in the upstream source
will make it easier.
	I'll reiterate that installig and running lintian will be an
enormous help.  You can just generate the deb and do
	lintian -i xxx.changes  .
