Thats not exactly true...
Tom's Unix On a Floppy (or "More Magic" as a co-worker calls it) 
does NOT offer emacs. It offers a stripped down emacs look-alike
clone... NOT emacs!

This clone emacs look-alike is NOT a lisp interpreter (which is what
emacs really is) it is just basically a text editor that works and looks
like emacs...
of course on the disk this editor is named emacs just so its easy to find
the text editor.
