As I'm also coming over alter.net (from Germany though) I had a loss of 62 %
with master and roughly 40-60 % loss with the DFW4-alter.net-hosts. And the
line accross the ocean was not the problem (newyorkxx.att-unisource.net,
having pings of 80 ms).. *sigh* (the probes were not done from a dialup..)

As I'm in the lucky position to be in control over our Cisco I'll see if I
can put some metrics on some neighbors in it or something...
Ah, the wonders of routing... BGP is your friend.
