That next to last line...  Mail-Followup-To:, it's the better known and used
of two alternatives tp the whole list reply-to thing.  If the user does not
want Cc's, set it.  To add this in mutt is trivial at least, even to make it
default to reasonable values.

This is a group reply, not Mail-Followup-To: was honored automatically.
