All this speech about licensing birng about another consideration, and that about 
recognition on someones job. This is a different topic from selling and buying software.

what about someone taking the software, making some small modification, or none at all, and then selling or distributing the work without giving enough  credit to the original author, or giving credit in such a way that nobody notice it.
