It's still early, manual will happen.  The manpage has the needed bits.

RSA/IDEA keys aren't supported by the program I thought...?

This patch provides idea and rsa I take it?  I'm not certain we want to use
that or not.  It just Seems Wrong to take something that is happily free and
make it non-free by adding the above.  It might be possible to have those
modules be seperate and be part of gnupg-nonfree or something, but I don't
think it should be defaulting that way.
