Yep.  For the moment at least.  I've been mirroring non-US for at
least a year now.

The government may be intent on introducing some new regulations
fairly quickly.  They are hosting a closed-door OECD conference on
October 7-9 in Ottawa, where one of the key topics is
renewing/tightening up the Wassenaar agreement which restricts crypto
(and other munitions).

set itself up as a "model" upon which other countries can base their
electronic commerce laws.  They solicited comments on crypto policy
back in April.  There hasn't been an awful lot of information directly
from the government about what they are going to do.  From what I've
read in the press, it seems quite likely that they will impose new
crypto rules.
