The above line is broken, since qp coding _in_ _Headers_ are marked with a
leading =?isoXXXX?Q? if that is missing no mailer is allowed to asume "=xx"
is a encoding for a char.
Content-Type: application/pgp; =?iso-8859-1?Q?format=3Dtext;_x-action=3Dsign?=
would be the correct QP (Header) Encoding, but the RFC (sorry dont have the
number handy) suggest not to use the encoding as long as there are no
non-ascii chars. Therefore:
Content-Type: application/pgp; format=text; x-action=sign
is right.
