It should be possible to link mod_dtcl with libtcl8.0 dynamically,
actually --- the 1.3.0-4 in hamm has mod_so compiled to allow this, so
mod-apache-perl is possible. In effect apache becomes linked with
libtcl8.0 on processing the LoadModule mod_dtcl.so directive.
