The contents of that page are retrieved from debian.vicnet.net.au/autoup/
using a daily cron job. If you can convince the autoup maintainer to make
the changes, then the web page will get the changes within a day.

www.debian.org is simply a mirror itself. All the mirrors should have the
same content.
