Re: Debian 2.0 Beta: apt-get

During several test upgrades with apt-get, I have had a dpkg
error that stopped apt. When I tried to restart apt-get. it
complained that some library was missing. I have had to configure or
reload that library to resume the upgrade. It might be worthwhile to
have apt statically linked to guard against this situation.
