emacs19-el standard priority?

In bo, emacs, which was "standard", suggested emacs-el, which was just
optional.
Now emacs19 is standard, suggests emacs19-el, but emacs19-el is also
of "standard" priority.
Since emacs19-el has a Installed-Size of 12305K, are we sure that this is
what we want? [ This increases *a lot* the required space for a standard
installation with respect to bo ].
