WindowMaker 0.15.0 available

Hi Folks,

	I have packaged WindowMaker 0.15.0-0, and it's available from
http://www.debian.org/~mmagallo/packages/wmaker. I know this is highly
irregular, and I should have uploaded this to slink, but I'm trying to
tackle some upgrade issues (keys have changed, and things have moved from
place to place)

This package has a bug (several ppl have already reported it) which I
thought I fixed... anyway, edit /usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker and change gsbase for
gs_base, that should do it.

Backup your ~/GNUstep directory first! Feedback appreciated.
