Intent to package

Hi,

I intend to package the following.

GLBIFF -- A replacement for xbiff using Mesa

KANGBAND -- An Angband variant

ZANGBAND -- Yet another Angband variant

The Angband variants are not DFSG compliant

These will be my first packages has a Debian developper.[1]

If any objection, please let me know.

[2] Still no account on master as of today although the paperwork went
    through.
