WNPP: Intent to package cdparanoia (and eplus)

I'm planning on packaging <a href =
"http://www.mit.edu/afs/sipb/user/xiphmont/cdparanoia/index.html>cdparanoia</a>,
a cd-da utility for linux that corrects for jitters, scratches, and
skews on cds. It is not as full-featured as cdda2wav but is more robust
in the production of sound files.
At some point in the future cdda2wav and cdparanoia will merge at which
point this package will probably just go away.
I've also mentioned packaging eplus before but it wasn't on the latest
wnpp.
