General note: *please* don't write changelog entries like this,
they're irritating now (because one needs access to a bug mirror to
decipher them; not every machine has a net connexion), but in 28 days
time (when the bugs expire) they become meaningless.

I think something should be mentioned about this somewhere in policy.

before doing so.
