crypt++.el nonus or main

What do think about moving crypt++.el from nonus into the main
distribution.

I at first put the package into the nonus distribution because of the
encryption etc.

But since crypt++.el is coming out of the US (via gnu.emacs.sources or
ftp) I don't see any reason to keep it in nonus.

I'd like to hear your comments.
