Please refrain from such language, it adds nothing to the discussion.

That's true, but since other architectures aren't integrated with the kernel
source (yet), the kernel-headers package is not complete for those archs.

I know this too. It's the way to go, but sometimes more recent kernel headers
are necessary for some programs, and some architectures.
