Uploaded util-linux 2.9g-0.1 (source i386) to master

Since the upstream developper of mount & util-linux decided to merge both
packages in a single one, I just made an NMU of util-linux. I also fixed
a few (20 ;) long outstanding bugs. Given the amount of new code I added,
I'd appreciate if people could test this package _heavily_.

I'm especially interested by reports from people running on
sparc, alpha, arm & powerpc since I added several patches to ease building
on those architectures.

Also, you'll need to use 'dpkg --force-depends' to install this package
since sysvinit depends on "mount" which this package replaces. I just sent
a bug report concerning this problem.

          Cordialement,
