Intent to package PPxP

I'm packaging software "PPxP"

License: BSD like

PPxP is ppp program with many features and easy usage(setup and connect to ISP).
features, for example,
  Simple setup interface called qdial.
  With some consoles(Front End).
   - normal(text base), x11, forms, tcltk, and gtk.
   - and you can make any other.
  DNS relay,
  IP Packet filter,
  IP Masquerade(experimental?) 

PPxP depends on "IP Tunneling Driver".
Then on the Linux system, needs "userlink kernel module" as the driver.
I'm also packaging userlink-source.
