It doesn't really cover people who have met in real life. I've
personally met two other Debian developers (AFAIK), and I'm not in the
graph. We've never bothered to sign each others keys in one case, and
never submitted signed keys in the other case.
Nonetheless, it does make a nice dataset for testing graph
visualization software.
